Mexico’s currency is pesos. Recently, the exchange rate has stayed
relatively stable with an average of $20.58 pesos for every $1 USD. Please
take note that while visiting the many beautiful sites in Mexico, many
operate strictly on physical currency. It is advised that you bring pesos or
credit cards.

Mexico City uses the same Type A and B plugs as the U.S. and Canada, with a standard voltage of 127V and 60Hz frequency. So your phone, camera, and chargers should plug right in without a hitch. Bring your gadgets, keep them charged, and let the good times roll!

While in Mexico City, we recommend downloading the app-WhatsApp. It can
easily be used on any Wi-Fi signal. Data usage fees may apply when not
suing Wi-Fi. Phone calls and texting are available through this app.
